Select your delivery area from the button in the top bar. Browse the menu and click "Order" on the products you want. You can customize products — add or remove ingredients. When ready, open your cart and click "Proceed to checkout". You can order as a guest or with an account.
We deliver to most neighborhoods in Sofia. Click the zone selector in the top bar to see all available areas with minimum order amounts and delivery fees. If you have an account, you can also pick from your saved addresses. The full list is also available on the Delivery Zones page.
Delivery time depends on current demand and ranges between 45 and 90 minutes. The clock icon next to the logo shows the current estimated time — hover over it for details. When the site is closed for orders, you'll see an info banner.
We're open every day. The current working hours are shown in the top bar. Outside working hours you cannot place orders, but you can still browse the menu and add products to your favorites.
Bulgaria adopted the euro as its official currency on January 1, 2026. All prices on the site are in EUR, and for convenience we also show the BGN equivalent at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.
We accept cash and card payment (POS terminal) on delivery. If you have wallet credit from previous orders, you can use it at checkout.
Yes! After adding a product to your cart, you can customize it — add extra ingredients or remove ones you don't want. Adding ingredients may change the price, while removing is free.
Yes, the minimum order amount depends on the delivery area. You'll see it when selecting your neighborhood from the top bar or on the Delivery Zones page.

Yes, we periodically offer promo codes and special deals. If you have a promo code, you can enter it at checkout. Follow our social media and the "Promotions" section in the menu for current offers.
With an account you get: saved addresses for faster ordering, order history, a favorites list, and a wallet with credit you can use on future orders. You can also order as a guest without registering.
A group order lets you collect orders from multiple people in one place — perfect for the office or a group of friends.
How it works:
- Click "Group Order" and enter your name — you get a unique link.
- Share the link with participants — no account required.
- Each participant picks their products, customizes ingredients, and sees their own subtotal.
- The organizer sees all items from all participants in real time.
- When everyone is ready, the organizer locks the order and completes it — choosing the delivery address, payment method, and confirming.
A group order stays active for 24 hours and can include up to 50 participants. The organizer can lock and unlock the order at any time.
