To place orders, you may create an account or order as a guest. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Ordering Process

When you place an order:

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices shown include VAT and are displayed in EUR and BGN
• We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason
• Order confirmation will be sent via email
• Minimum order amounts may apply depending on delivery zone

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we send confirmation and begin preparation. Until then, we may decline your order.

Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately by phone.

Pricing and Payment

Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR (primary) and BGN at the fixed exchange rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN. Prices include VAT at the applicable rate.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery
• Credit/Debit card on delivery

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by delivery zone and are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to specific zones within Sofia. Delivery availability is shown during checkout when you select your delivery address.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by:

• Order volume and kitchen capacity
• Weather conditions
• Traffic conditions
• Accuracy of delivery address provided

Delivery Acceptance

You or an authorized person must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, the delivery person will attempt to contact you. Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability are non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, you must contact us by phone immediately. Cancellation may not be possible once food preparation has begun.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Order cancelled before preparation began
• Incorrect items delivered (upon verification)
• Food quality issues (with photo evidence)
• Significant delivery delay causing food spoilage

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Customer unavailability for delivery
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Taste preferences (unless food is spoiled or contaminated)

Food Quality and Safety

We are committed to providing high-quality, safely prepared food. However:

• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ from actual items
• Ingredients may vary based on availability
• Please inform us of any allergies when ordering

Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers and discount codes:

• Are subject to specific terms and conditions
• Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• May have minimum order requirements
• Are valid for limited periods
• May be withdrawn at any time without notice

We reserve the right to cancel orders that fraudulently use promotional codes.

Intellectual Property
